AIESEC is the largest international student organization in the world, which has committees in more than 110 countries, at 1600 different universities. In an innovative way AIESEC contributes to the development of young people. It is open for all students, who actively want to work on their personal development, who are flexible, communicative, enjoy working in a team and have a strong cultural awareness and understanding.
AIESEC for studentsAIESEC gives students (its members) an opportunity to use theory in practice, to work in a team and at the same time meet a lot of new friends. Students can also go for an internship to more than 100 countries in the world, ranging from a 6 week period up to 1,5 year. Even highschool students can take part in our projects, especially on our summer camps lead by international trainees.
AIESEC for companiesAIESEC engages with companies and organisations of all shapes and sizes, no matter what industry or sector. We have worked with companies for over 40 years to support talent acquisition and employer branding. As part of an international network of 110 countries, we can provide unparalleled options for sourcing talent through our international placement programme. Companies can connect with these students through attending our Leadership Events, Careers Fairs or engaging in employer branding on campus. We work closely with all our partners to ensure we build a mutually beneficial relationship.
AIESEC for AlumniWith over 800,000 thousand alumni in AIESEC it is vital that as an organisation we stay connected to those who were once involved. Not only do AIESEC alumni have experience and knowledge of AIESEC and how we operate as an international organisation - they have their own life and work experience 'post-AIESEC' that holds valuable insight for our members today. To engage AIESEC alumni, we have created a registration where you can connect to our Local comittee (and other Alumni), get involved with our members and the AIESEC activities running during this year.
